Shipping
We prepare and dispatch orders promptly, with the goal of getting your materials into transit on the same or the next business day. The exact timing depends on the shipping option you select at checkout and the time of day your order is placed.
Processing Times
Orders are processed in the order they are received and are handled on a first-in, first-out basis. Orders placed earlier in the business day are prepared and dispatched the same business day, while orders placed later in the day, on a weekend, or on an observed holiday are prepared and dispatched on the following business day. A confirmation email is sent when your order is received and again when it has shipped, including tracking information where available.
Weekends & Holidays
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or observed holiday are processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Every order is sealed, discreetly packaged, and prepared under controlled conditions to preserve the integrity of the materials in transit.

Transit estimates begin on the date of dispatch and exclude weekends and observed holidays. Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier, and tracking information is provided so you can follow its progress.
